We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
• Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful admissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Assist with admission documentation and fee-related formalities.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in admission counselling, education, or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• A proactive, professional, and target-oriented approach.
