Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads through calling, field visits, and networking.

• Own the sales pipeline for assigned territory/project and drive revenue targets.

• Conduct property/product presentations and negotiate deal terms with prospective clients.

• Schedule and support site visits; maintain daily lead trackers and update CRM with client status.

• Track competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategy


Requirements

• Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

• Direct sales experience with a track record of target achievement (Real Estate or other industry).

• Strong presentation, persuasion, and closing abilities.

• Confident communicator with a go-getter attitude.

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools; based in or willing to relocate to Noida.
