Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage e-commerce marketplace operations and client servicing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms, product listing and optimization, client handling, and onboarding clients on online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings and updates across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, eBay, and Etsy.
• Create and maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, pricing, images, attributes, and categorization.
• Handle client onboarding and assist clients with registration and setup on relevant e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with clients to collect required product, business, and marketplace information.
• Handle day-to-day client communication and resolve marketplace-related queries.
• Monitor product listings and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies.
• Optimize product listings to improve visibility, discoverability, and overall marketplace performance.
• Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct listing errors, pricing discrepancies, content issues, and other data inaccuracies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client and marketplace requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, client servicing, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, eBay, and Etsy is preferred.
• Experience in product listing, catalog management and marketplace operations.
• Good understanding of e-commerce marketplace processes and seller portals.
• Experience in client handling and client onboarding will be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify listing and data errors.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Candidate- Candidates with practical experience in Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, eBay, or Etsy seller platforms, along with strong client-handling and marketplace onboarding skills, will be preferred.
