Job Title: Collection Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Call customers for payment follow-ups.
  • Collect outstanding payments.
  • Resolve payment-related queries.
  • Update collection records in the system.
  • Achieve daily/monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Good Hindi & English communication.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Freshers & experienced both can apply.
