Job Description
Inbound Customer Care Executive || Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow defined SOPs, call flow, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call dispositions in CRM.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain professional communication and positive customer experience.
- Achieve defined KPIs including CSAT, AHT, Quality, Productivity, and Attendance.
- Follow company policies, compliance, and data-security guidelines.
