Customer Care Executive – Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company SOPs, processes, and quality standards.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/tickets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
  • Follow up with customers when required.
  • Meet assigned KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets.
  • Maintain professional communication and customer confidentiality.
