Job Description
Create engaging product content, promotional posts, banners, reels, and short videos.
Shoot/edit product videos and create content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
Manage the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Prepare a monthly social-media content calendar and publish content regularly.
Generate B2B and B2C leads through social media, digital advertising and other online channels.
Run and optimize Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Work on LinkedIn lead generation, especially for corporate customers.
Create landing-page/ad content and calls-to-action designed to generate enquiries.
Monitor incoming enquiries from social media and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.
Perform basic SEO, keyword research and website content optimization.
Track campaign performance, including leads, reach, engagement, cost per lead and conversions.
Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing and lead-generation reports.
Research competitors, industry trends and new opportunities for online promotion.
Use tools such as Canva, CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools for graphics and video editing.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideas, scripts and marketing workflows where appropriate.
