Job Description
Roles & Responsibilitie:
GeM Portal Management
- Manage GeM seller account and product listings.
- Handle catalogue creation, bidding and order processing.
- Manage government book supply orders and documentation.
Amazon Seller Central
- Manage Amazon Seller Central account.
- Create and optimise book listings.
- Handle product pricing, inventory, orders and returns.
- Monitor sales reports and account performance.
Flipkart Seller Hub
- Manage book listings and catalogue updates.
- Handle orders, inventory, returns and seller queries.
- Monitor product visibility and sales performance.
Book Publishing Operations
- Coordinate with the publishing and production teams.
- Manage ISBN, book descriptions, author details and metadata.
- Ensure accurate book information across marketplaces.
- Coordinate stock availability and dispatch.
Sales & Reporting
- Track daily, weekly and monthly sales.
- Prepare marketplace performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase online book sales.
- Maintain records of orders, revenue and inventory.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Practical knowledge of GeM Portal, Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart.
- Good understanding of online marketplace operations.
- Excel and reporting skills.
- Prior experience in a book publishing house is highly preferred.
