Field Sales Executive

Signage Maker (signagemaker.co.in) is a signage manufacturer in Noida Sector-10, serving businesses across Delhi NCR. We design, make and install signage in-house: LED and acrylic letters, SS letters, glow sign boards, building and storefront signage, and office and retail branding.

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for daily client visits across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad and Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit new and existing clients daily: shops, showrooms, offices, builders, architects, interior designers and facility managers
• Generate new business through cold visits, market mapping and referrals
• Follow up same day on leads from Google Ads, Meta Ads, website and WhatsApp, and convert them into site visits and orders
• Do site surveys: measurements, site photos and installation details
• Coordinate with design team for mock-ups and with office for quotations
• Present samples, explain materials (acrylic, SS, ACP, LED) and negotiate within approved price limits
• Close orders, collect advance payment and follow up for balance after installation
• Coordinate with production and installation teams for on-time delivery
• Update every visit, lead and order in CRM the same day and share a daily visit report
• Track competitor prices, new shops and projects in your area

Products: 3D LED letters, acrylic and SS letters, glow sign boards, neon signs, ACP shop fronts, building/totem/directional signage, office and interior signage, glass and wall graphics.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years field sales experience, preferably in signage, printing, advertising, interiors or building materials
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence, and a smartphone
• Good knowledge of Noida and Delhi NCR markets and routes
• Clear Hindi and working English
• Comfortable with daily field visits (6-8 visits/day) and monthly sales targets
• Graduate preferred (12th pass with strong signage sales experience may also apply)
• Good to have: contacts with retailers, builders, architects or interior contractors; experience with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets or Zoho CRM

Salary and Benefits:

• Fixed salary Rs 20,000 - 30,000 per month based on experience
• Monthly incentive on orders closed above target (not fixed)
• Petrol / travel allowance for field visits, plus mobile reimbursement
• Growth path to Senior Sales Executive and Area Sales Manager
• Product and material training at our Noida factory

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
