Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive / HR Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and hiring process.
- Post job vacancies on different job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with the management team.
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection status.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.
