Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch the right product/service.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Qualify leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
• Track sales performance and share regular updates with the reporting manager.

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B Sales / Cold Calling.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures.
• Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools.
• Candidates from B2B, SaaS, FinTech, EdTech, or related industries will be preferred.
