Job Description
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable software solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and handle customer queries.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales deals.
- Follow up with interested prospects for payment and sales closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and renewals.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in SaaS Sales, CRM Software Sales, IT Solutions, or B2B Tele Sales will be preferred.
