Interior Site Supervisor

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Interior Site Supervisor to join our interior fit-out team. The candidate will assist in supervising on-site interior works, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the timely execution of projects. • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in supervising daily interior fit-out activities at project sites.
• Monitor work progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and skilled workers for smooth site execution.
• Inspect materials received at the site and maintain inventory records.
• Help maintain quality standards during carpentry, painting, gypsum, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Identify and report site issues or delays to senior team members.
• Ensure workers follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Support project handover by assisting with snagging and rectification activities.
• QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or training experience in interior projects will be an added advantage.
• Required SkillsBasic understanding of interior fit-out processes and construction drawings.
• Willingness to learn and work at project sites.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
