What Youll Do as a Sales Advisor
Advise leads, build trust and help them switch to a lender with a better rate, reducing their EMI burden and putting real money back in their pockets every month.
Who Were Looking For
Telesales Experience: 1 to 10 years in outbound telesales, with hands-on experience in Home Loans/ Mortgage sales.
Bilingual Communication: A confident, clear communicator in both Hindi and English.
Resilience: Comfortable with rejection and able to rebound fast, call after call.
Hunger to Earn: Driven by incentives and hungry to earn this role rewards hustle.

Educational Qualification
12th Pass or Graduate from a recognized institution.
Graduation in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Role Details:
Location: Sec-63, Noida (Work from office)
Experience: 1 to 10 years
Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week
Monday to Saturday | 2nd & 4th Saturdays off
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation: 20,000 to 40,000 (in-hand)
