Job Description
Lead and manage a team of loan processing executives.
Monitor daily loan applications and ensure timely processing.
Review and verify customer documents, KYC, income, banking, and other required information.
Coordinate with sales, credit, operations, collections, and other departments.
Ensure loan files meet company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Track team productivity, TAT, approval rates, quality, and error levels.
Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
Resolve escalated customer and process-related issues.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
Prepare MIS and daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain data confidentiality.
Train new team members on loan processes, systems, policies, and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in turnaround time and process quality
