We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The candidate should be able to create high-performing campaigns that drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram using Meta Ads Manager
  • Set up campaigns, ad sets, and ads with proper targeting
  • Perform audience research (custom & lookalike audiences)
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives and ad copies
  • Track conversions using Meta Pixel
  • Analyze key metrics like CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Scale successful campaigns and pause underperforming ones
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports
