Job Description
Generate leads for Personal Loan (PL) and Business Loan (BL).
Contact potential customers through calls and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Follow up with customers until the loan is approved and disbursed.
Coordinate with the bank/NBFC team for smooth loan processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, applications, and customer follow-ups.
