About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Business Development Manager to

lead our commercial real estate expansion across India. You will take full ownership

of end-to-end property sourcing, site selection, and commercial leasing—ensuring

we secure prime office spaces, regional hubs, and franchise locations aligned with

our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Sourcing: Scout, identify, and map commercial properties and office

spaces across target Indian cities.

• Site Selection: Perform site visits, location feasibility studies, and spatial

assessments to ensure properties align with business requirements and budget

parameters.

• Leasing & Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations regarding rental rates, lockin periods, security deposits, and fit-out timelines to secure optimal terms.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong networks with local property

owners, space developers, real estate consultants, and brokers.

• Legal & Finalization: Partner with internal legal and admin teams to complete lease

documentation, title verification, and contract execution.

• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an organized database of evaluated properties, market

rent trends, and prospective expansion sites.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in property sourcing, site selection, or

commercial leasing.

• Deep understanding of commercial real estate dynamics and rental market rates

across key Indian cities.

• Proven track record of independently evaluating, negotiating, and finalizing lease

deals.

• Strong negotiation, contract handling, and communication skills.
