Job Description
Real Estate Telecaller:
Responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls, generating qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining residential and commercial property projects, sharing pricing and project details, conducting regular follow-ups, scheduling site visits, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating with the sales team to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Real Estate Sales Manager:
Responsible for leading and managing the real estate sales team, developing effective sales strategies, generating business opportunities, handling potential buyers and investors, conducting client meetings and property presentations, coordinating site visits, negotiating pricing and closing deals, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, monitoring team performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving overall business growth.
