📍 Location: Noida, Sector 63
💼 Position: Real Estate Sales Manager
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹32,000 + Attractive Incentives
🕒 Experience: 2–5 Years
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the real estate sales team.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Develop effective sales strategies to increase business.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and motivate team members.
- Requirements2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of the Noida/NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
