📍 Sector 63, Noida

ROC & MCA Compliance and Filings



Company Incorporation & LLP Registration



Annual Filing – AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A



DIR-3, DIR-12 & other MCA Forms



Director/KYC & Company Master Data Updates



Minutes, Registers & Statutory Records



Trademark Registration & Compliance



FSSAI & ISO Certification



Client coordination and documentation

Candidates with practical knowledge of ROC/MCA compliance & filing procedures who can independently understand and manage routine compliance work.
