About Morning Crate

Morning Crate is a growing farm-to-home D2C brand serving families across Noida and Ghaziabad with fresh, high-quality everyday food products.

We are expanding our digital customer acquisition and are looking for a street-smart, target-driven sales professional who can turn incoming digital enquiries into trials and long-term customers.

What will you do?

You will receive warm leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, Google and other digital campaigns.

Your responsibility will be to:

•⁠ ⁠Contact new leads quickly through phone and WhatsApp.

•⁠ ⁠Understand the customer's requirement and current milk/product preference.

•⁠ ⁠Explain Morning Crate's products and value proposition.

•⁠ ⁠Handle objections around price, quality, existing brands, delivery, etc.

•⁠ ⁠Convert interested leads into product trials.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up consistently until the customer takes a decision.

•⁠ ⁠Convert trials into paying/regular customers.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure no genuine lead is lost because of delayed or missed follow-up.

•⁠ ⁠Track your daily calls, conversations, trials, conversions and revenue.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is:

•⁠ ⁠Street-smart and commercially sharp

•⁠ ⁠Confident speaking with customers on the phone

•⁠ ⁠Persistent without being pushy

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with sales targets and incentives

•⁠ ⁠Good at objection handling and closing

•⁠ ⁠Extremely disciplined with follow-ups

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic Excel

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently without constant supervision

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in Hindi; basic conversational English is preferred

Sales ability matters more to us than fancy qualifications.

Experience in inside sales, telesales, B2C sales, D2C, FMCG, food, real estate, education, fintech or local services will be an advantage.

Your KPIs

You will be measured on actual business outcomes, including:

This is NOT a passive telecalling job. This is a lead-conversion and closing role.

Compensation

*₹18,000–₹25,000 fixed salary + attractive performance incentives*
