Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Personal Loan Sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers through calls.
  • Explain personal loan products and offers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
  • Collect required documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Salary Slips, Bank Statements, etc.).
  • Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and update records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Experience in Personal Loan, Credit Card, Banking, DSA, or Telecalling will be preferred.
