📌 Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Explain admission procedures, course details, eligibility criteria, and required documents.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for smooth enrollment.
• Achieve assigned counseling and admission targets.
• Prepare and share regular updates and reports with management.
✅ Requirements
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
