Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities of a Sales Executive in a BPO:-


1. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through calls, online platforms, and referrals.

2. Inbound & Outbound Calling: Contact new and existing customers to promote products or services.

3. Product Promotion: Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.

5. Sales Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

6. Lead Follow-ups: Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

7. Objection Handling: Resolve customer concerns and negotiate to close sales.

8. Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers.

9. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
