Job Description
Sales Executive || Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle outbound/inbound customer calls for sales conversion.
- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries effectively.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/MIS.
- Follow approved sales scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain required call quality, productivity, and conversion standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer onboarding.
- Provide regular performance updates to the Team Leader/Manager.
