Job Description
Client Engagement: Understand client budgets and property preferences to pitch suitable residential or commercial units.
Site Visits: Schedule, organize, and lead physical property tours and presentations for clients.
Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms to successfully convert prospects into buyers.
Channel Partner Management: Build and nurture relationships with local broker networks and channel partners.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales pipelines in CRM software.
Post-Sales Coordination: Liaise with legal, documentation, and accounts teams to ensure smooth agreement execution and payment collection. [1, 2, 3, 4]
