Job Description
Job Title: Health Insurance Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers and explain health insurance policies.
- Understand customers' requirements and suggest suitable health insurance plans.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and terms & conditions.
- Assist customers with the policy application and documentation process.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with existing clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of health insurance products is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
