Job Overview

·       Role: Real Estate Sales Executive

·       Industry: Residential and Commercial Real Estate

·       Objective: Convert leads, promote properties, and meet monthly sales targets

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead Generation: Find new clients via calls, networking, and marketing campaigns.

·       Site Visits: Show properties and explain project details to buyers.

·       Negotiation: Handle price discussions and close deals.

·       CRM Management: Keep daily track of client interactions and sales logs

Requirements & Skills

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

·       Experience: 6 months to 3 years in sales or real estate.
