Job Description

The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day showroom operations, drive revenue, maintain high luxury service standards, and lead a team of sales executives. This role demands deep product expertise in diamond grading, certification, and luxury clienteling.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Revenue Leadership: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic client engagement, upselling, and targeted promotional campaigns.
  • Team Management & Coaching: Recruit, train, and mentor showroom staff on diamond product knowledge, certification (GIA/IGI standards), and sales etiquette.
  • High-Value Clienteling & Escalations: Build long-term relationships with VIP clients and handle high-value sales negotiations and customer inquiries.
  • Inventory Control & Security: Manage stock audits, diamond tray counts, loss prevention protocols, and secure vault operations daily.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure showroom aesthetics, lighting, and window displays adhere to brand standards and highlight key diamond collections.
  • Store Operations & Billing: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, cash/card reconciliations, POS management, and custom order/repair tracking
