Job Description
Hiring: Team Leader – Personal Loan Sales
Company: Cashfast Finserv
Location: D 25 First Floor Sector 3 Noida
Experience: 2–5 Years in Personal Loan / Banking / NBFC Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Personal Loan Sales Executives.
- Drive daily/monthly sales targets and achieve business goals.
- Generate leads and ensure quality customer conversions.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and motivate the team.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and sales discipline.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, sales & negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in Personal Loan / Banking / NBFC sales.
- Target-oriented mindset with good team-handling skills.
