Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to handle customer calls and generate business leads in the Real Estate & Facility Management industry. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining services, following up with prospects, and maintaining customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain company services, offers, and property/facility-related information.

Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

Follow up with interested prospects regularly.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and further follow-up.

Handle basic customer queries professionally.

Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Prepare regular call and lead status reports.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Age: 23–35 years.

Graduate qualification required.

Intermediate English communication skills.

Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling.

Experience in Real Estate & Facility Management is preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.

Basic computer knowledge for maintaining customer records.

Shift: Day, Full Time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
