Location: Noida, Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Follow up with leads, existing customers, and prospective clients.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the concerned team.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant information.
• Handle customer objections and maintain professional relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries and follow-ups.
• Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-generation targets.

Requirement

• 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Calling Executive.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customer queries and maintain accurate call records.
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Salary₹15000- 20000
