Job Description
Hiring: Telecaller – Rent Collection & Vehicle RecoveryCompany: GBG EV
Experience: 0–3 Years
Location: Noida
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + Incentives
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall riders/customers for pending rent collection.
- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collection.
- Coordinate with the Fleet & Recovery Team for vehicle recovery.
- Track overdue vehicles and maintain daily recovery updates.
- Handle customer/rider queries related to rent and payments.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection & recovery targets.
- RequirementsGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Hindi required; English preferred.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and disciplined.
- Experience in telecalling, collections, recovery, or fleet operations is preferred.
