Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database.
Explain company projects, properties, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
Generate qualified leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
Schedule property/site visits for interested customers.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and field sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Follow up with prospective customers until conversion.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide correct information.
Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
