Job Description
- Call prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
- Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and ongoing offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer follow-up.
- Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
