Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain products/services and generate interest.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain call records, customer information, and daily sales reports.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and closures.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
