About the Role

Arsh Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Video Editor who can combine traditional video-editing skills with modern AI-powered tools to create engaging, high-quality video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, social-media content, and AI-based creative tools. You will work with the marketing, design, and content teams to transform ideas, scripts, and raw footage into professional videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Use AI-powered video-generation, editing, voice-over, subtitle, and enhancement tools to improve production efficiency.
• Create engaging Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, and advertisements.
• Convert scripts, concepts, and raw footage into compelling visual stories.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, music, sound effects, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Use AI tools for background removal, object replacement, image/video generation, voice generation, dubbing, and video enhancement.
• Create multiple versions of videos optimized for different platforms and formats.
• Maintain consistent branding, visual style, fonts, colors, and messaging.
• Select appropriate music, stock footage, graphics, and visual elements.
• Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, marketing teams, and other developers.
• Review videos for quality, accuracy, timing, audio, and visual consistency.
• Keep up with emerging AI video-generation and editing technologies.
• Organize project files, assets, footage, and final deliverables efficiently.

Hard Skills

• Strong knowledge of professional video-editing techniques.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.
• Experience with AI video and creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Veo, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted video generation and editing workflows.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Understanding of color correction and basic color grading.
• Good knowledge of audio editing, sound effects, and music synchronization.
• Ability to create subtitles/captions and platform-specific video formats.
• Understanding of video resolutions, codecs, aspect ratios, and export settings.
• Basic understanding of social-media content requirements.

• Candidates with strong practical skills and an impressive portfolio may also be considered regardless of educational background.
• Experience1–3 years of professional experience in video editing, content creation, digital media, or a related field.
• Experience creating social-media videos, advertisements, YouTube content, or promotional videos is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience but a strong portfolio and demonstrated AI-video skills may also be considered.
