Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (depending on experience, skills & last drawn salary)

About the Role: We are looking for a creative and marketing-oriented Video Editor who can turn ideas, raw footage and marketing briefs into engaging Reels, promotional videos, voice-over videos, and AI-powered video content.

This is not just a video editing role. We need someone who understands social media trends, audience attention, hooks, storytelling and marketing objectives and can create videos that are visually strong and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos
• Edit voice-over videos with appropriate visuals, transitions, text and music
• Create videos from raw footage, client data, images and marketing briefs
• Develop AI-generated videos and AI-assisted creative content
• Understand current Instagram, Facebook and YouTube video trends
• Create strong hooks, text animations, transitions and storytelling sequences
• Adapt videos according to different brands, industries and target audiences
• Work on videos for industries such as B2B, manufacturing, real estate, FMCG, exports, services and lifestyle brands
• Repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms
• Coordinate with the Social Media & Creative Team to understand campaign requirements
• Ensure videos are delivered according to deadlines and brand guidelines

Required Skills Must Have:

• Advanced knowledge of Filmora
• Strong knowledge of Canva
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of Reels & short-form video content
• Understanding of social media trends and viral content formats
• Good sense of visual composition, typography, pacing and storytelling
• Ability to select suitable music, stock footage, B-roll and visual elements
• Ability to understand a marketing brief and convert it into a compelling video

Added Advantage:

• Experience with AI video-generation/editing tools
• Basic knowledge of After Effects / motion graphics
• Experience creating Advertising videos/Shorts
• Experience with brand or digital marketing agencies
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives

Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong practical editing skills may also be considered.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Salary will depend on experience, skill level, portfolio and last drawn salary. Candidates with strong skills may receive a hike on their last salary.
