Job Description
Job Title: Manager – Apparel Merchandising
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the merchandising team and allocate customers/styles/orders effectively.
- Manage buyer accounts and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Handle the complete merchandising cycle from product development, costing, sampling, order confirmation, production, quality, and shipment.
- Review buyer tech packs, specifications, BOMs, measurements, artwork, and construction details.
- Coordinate with buyers for product development, quotations, approvals, and order requirements.
- Prepare and monitor T&A (Time & Action) calendars to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Review and approve costing, consumption, fabric/trims requirements, and production feasibility.
