Job Responsibilities

Collect and deliver documents, files, cheques, and other official papers between the office, banks, customers, and other locations.

Visit banks and customer locations for document submission and collection as instructed.

Ensure all documents are delivered safely and on time.

Collect signed documents, receipts, and acknowledgements from customers/banks.

Maintain proper record of documents collected and delivered.

Coordinate with the office team regarding daily field requirements.

Handle company documents responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Perform other office-related outdoor tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 10th / 12th pass.

Good communication and basic reading/writing skills.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.

Should be familiar with local areas and routes.

Honest, responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
