Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven TeleSales Executive who can convert qualified leads into successful admissions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students/parents.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right course/program.
• Conduct effective sales counselling over calls.
• Convert leads into paid admissions.
• Follow up consistently with interested and undecided leads.
• Handle objections related to price, course duration, timing, competition, and decision-making.
• Create urgency and communicate the value of the program effectively.
• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM.
• Coordinate with counsellors, academic teams, and other departments when required.
• Track every lead through the sales funnel and ensure minimum lead leakage.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers and improve conversion rates.
• Participate in sales training and continuously improve product knowledge and closing techniques.
