Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the Sales Team, Customers, Dispatch, Accounts, and Production departments.
- Excel Knowledge is Must
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely information.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports/MIS.
- Track sales targets and team performance.
- Coordinate order processing and ensure timely delivery.
- Update CRM/ERP systems with customer and order information.
- Communicate with distributors, dealers, and customers as required.
- Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with concerned departments for issue resolution.
