Job OverviewWe are looking for a Telecaller – Lead Conversion who can effectively communicate with leads, understand their requirements, explain our services, build interest, and successfully convert leads into customers.

The primary objective of this role is successful lead conversion through professional calling and consistent follow-up.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact and communicate with assigned leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and identify their needs.
• Explain company services clearly and professionally.
• Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with potential customers.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Follow up with interested leads at the right time.
• Convert qualified leads into successful customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Coordinate with the concerned team after successful conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)The candidate will primarily be evaluated on:

• Number of leads contacted
• Quality of communication
• Follow-up consistency
• Lead-to-customer conversion rate
• Number of successful conversions
• Monthly target achievement
• EligibilityMinimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous telecalling, sales, customer support, or lead-conversion experience is an advantage.
• Good Hindi communication is required.
• Basic English communication preferred.
• Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and computer knowledge.

Salary & Incentives₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance Incentives
