The Allied अपनी टीम में शामिल होने के लिए एक अनुभवी और आत्मविश्वासी सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश कर रहा है। इस भूमिका की मुख्य जिम्मेदारी ग्राहकों को कॉल करना, बिक्री बढ़ाना, लीड्स का फॉलो-अप करना और हमारे शोरूम/ऑफिस में आने वाले ग्राहकों से डील करना होगी।

यह एक फुल-टाइम ऑफिस-बेस्ड सेल्स पोजीशन है। उम्मीदवार अपने कार्यदिवस का अधिकांश समय कॉल करने और सीधे ग्राहकों से बातचीत करने में बिताएगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां

• मौजूदा और संभावित ग्राहकों को नियमित रूप से आउटबाउंड कॉल करना।
• ग्राहकों की जरूरतों को समझना और उचित उत्पाद सुझाना।
• फोन कॉल और WhatsApp फॉलो-अप के माध्यम से ऑर्डर प्राप्त करना।
• लीड्स, कोटेशन, पेंडिंग ऑर्डर्स और निष्क्रिय ग्राहकों का फॉलो-अप करना।
• शोरूम में आने वाले ग्राहकों को संभालना और उनकी जरूरतों में सहायता करना।
• ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे और मजबूत संबंध बनाना एवं बनाए रखना।
• ग्राहकों को नए उत्पादों, ऑफर्स और उपलब्ध स्टॉक के बारे में जानकारी देना।
• मासिक बिक्री और कॉलिंग लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करना।
• कॉल्स, फॉलो-अप और ग्राहकों की जरूरतों का उचित रिकॉर्ड रखना।
• ऑर्डर की प्रक्रिया को सुचारू रखने के लिए बिलिंग, खरीद और डिस्पैच टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
• पूछताछ और लीड्स को पक्के ऑर्डर्स में बदलना।

उम्मीदवार की आवश्यकताएं

• सेल्स / टेली-कॉलिंग / कस्टमर डीलिंग में कम से कम 2 वर्षों का अनुभव।
• अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और ग्राहकों को समझाने की क्षमता।
• हर दिन बड़ी संख्या में कॉल करने में सहज होना।
• ग्राहकों से बात करते समय आत्मविश्वासी होना।
• हिंदी में अच्छी बातचीत आवश्यक है; बेसिक अंग्रेजी का ज्ञान वांछनीय है।
• WhatsApp और बेसिक कंप्यूटर एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग करने में सहज होना।
• स्टेशनरी, FMCG, रिटेल, होलसेल या B2B सेल्स का अनुभव एक अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।
• टारगेट-ओरिएंटेड, अनुशासित और नियमित रूप से फॉलो-अप करने वाला होना।
• ऑफिस से फुल-टाइम काम करने में सहज होना।

वेतन

About the Role

The Allied is looking for an experienced and confident Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be calling customers, generating sales, following up with leads, and handling customers who visit our showroom/office.

This is a full-time office-based sales position. The candidate will spend most of the working day on calls and dealing directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make regular outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate orders through telephone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Follow up with leads, quotations, pending orders and inactive customers.
• Handle customers who visit the showroom and assist them with their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Inform customers about new products, offers and available stock.
• Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the billing, purchase and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed orders.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales / telecalling / customer dealing.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.
• Should be confident while speaking with customers.
• Good Hindi communication is essential; basic English communication is preferred.
• Should be comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
• Experience in stationery, FMCG, retail, wholesale or B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Should be target-oriented, disciplined and consistent with follow-ups.
• Should be comfortable working from the office full-time.
