👤 Position: Accounts Executive

🔢 No. of Positions: 01

🎓 Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com

• Computer knowledge required

💼 Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant Accounts experience

• Manufacturing/Engineering industry experience will be preferred

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 per month In-Hand

• Salary will depend on knowledge, skills & interview performance.

• PF & ESIC applicable after completion of 6 months' probation period.

📋 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries

• Handle purchase & sales invoices and bills

• Maintain customer & vendor ledgers

• Assist with Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Bank & ledger reconciliation

• Maintain petty cash & expense records

• Assist in GST, TDS & statutory documentation

• Verify invoices and payment-related documents

• Follow up for outstanding payments/documents

• Maintain proper filing of vouchers & accounting records

• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores & Management for accounts-related work

• Assist in MIS and routine accounting activities

👤 Preferred Candidate:

• B.Com / M.Com candidate with good computer knowledge and genuine interest in Accounts.
