Job Description:

Engineering Cluster Pune is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Corporate Relations to build corporate relationships, promote skill development programs, and develop partnerships with manufacturing industries, MSMEs, and corporate organizations.

Key Responsibilities·        

• Identify and approach manufacturing companies, MSMEs, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with company owners, HR managers, and industry representatives.
• Promote technical training programs and corporate skill development services.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and industrial visits.
• Support industry collaborations and CSR-funded skill development initiatives.
• Achieve business development targets and prepare regular progress reports.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industrial visits.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of building long-term industry relationships.
