💼 **JOB ROLE:**

**Franchise Development & Franchise Sales – Interested Leads**

📌 **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

✅ Handle **interested franchise leads** across India

✅ Understand customer requirements, budget & location

✅ Explain our franchise model, investment & business support

✅ Conduct calls, WhatsApp follow-ups & video meetings

✅ Handle queries and objections professionally

✅ Follow up consistently and convert leads into franchise bookings

✅ Maintain accurate lead data & follow-up records

✅ Coordinate with the internal team until franchise onboarding

✅ Achieve **monthly franchise conversion targets**

🎯 **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**

✔️ Excellent Hindi & English communication

✔️ Strong convincing & negotiation skills

✔️ Sales / Telecalling / Business Development experience preferred

✔️ Franchise sales experience is an advantage

✔️ Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

✔️ Strong follow-up skills

✔️ Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, WhatsApp & Email
