  • Handle scanning, printing, photocopying, and document filing.
  • Maintain digital documents and organise computer folders.
  • Update document registers and maintain accurate records.
  • Operate office printer, scanner, and Xerox machines.
  • Ensure proper storage and confidentiality of company documents.
