MIS Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Bill Booking & Basic Accounting Support

• Inward Processing: Receive, verify, and log all incoming vendor invoices, bills, and delivery challans for accuracy against purchase orders.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Flag pricing, tax, or quantity deviations on bills and coordinate directly with vendors and the internal accounts team to rectify errors.
• Record Keeping: Archive physical and digital records of all processed vouchers, tracking statuses through payment cycles.

2. MIS (Management Information Systems) & Reporting

• Data Management: Maintain daily procurement trackers with team coordination.
• Report Generation: Create accurate weekly and monthly MIS spreadsheets tracking standard SCM tracker, vendor payables, and Inventory Report.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Stock Auditing: Maintain an updated, real-time registry of various Site inventory report
• Procurement Forecasting: Track Slow moving items and highlight to HOD for corrective actions to avoid excess inventory
• Vendor Operations: Source quotes, manage vendor relationships, evaluate pricing competitiveness, and cross-reference incoming deliveries.

4. Office Coordination & General Administration

• Cross-Departmental Bridge: Act as the central point of contact connecting the Project, Procurement, and Finance divisions to keep workflows synchronized.
• Communication Management: Handle Cross functional communication in line with Company requirement and ensure closing of the Taska on time .
